Hoosier Heartland
Highway · SR 25
Construction inspection along the SR 25 corridor near Tippecanoe and Carroll Counties, including grade-separation structures carrying county roads over the highway and the Norfolk Southern Railroad.
The Work
Farah & Sons provided construction inspection on the Hoosier Heartland Highway corridor along State Road 25 near Tippecanoe and Carroll Counties for the Indiana Department of Transportation. The corridor carries regional traffic through a largely rural alignment, where new grade-separation structures were built to carry local county roads over the highway and the Norfolk Southern Railroad.
FGI's inspection scope covered the grade-separation structures at CR 625E, CR 500, and CR 900E over SR 25 and the NS Railroad, along with the associated roadway, earthwork, drainage, and pavement work, verifying that construction met INDOT plans, specifications, and standards.
