The Work
Farah & Sons provided construction inspection and contract administration for the rehabilitation of Primary Clarifiers 1-6 at the Belmont Advanced Wastewater Treatment Plant for Citizens Energy Group. Primary clarifiers are among the first treatment steps at the plant, settling solids out of incoming flow, so keeping them in reliable service is essential to overall plant performance.
The rehabilitation addressed aging mechanical equipment and structural elements across all six clarifiers. FGI's inspection verified that the work met project plans and specifications, with full daily documentation, quantity tracking, and coordination between the owner, contractor, and design engineer through closeout.
